Subscription Policy & Cancellations

All Patcheez™ products are available through our convenient auto-renewal subscription service, designed to ensure you never miss a day of your wellness routine. By completing your purchase, you agree to be automatically enrolled in our recurring subscription program.

Renewal Schedule

  • Subscriptions automatically renew based on your selected plan (e.g., every 30, 60, or 90 days).

  • Renewal payments are processed using the same payment method provided at checkout.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email for each renewal once processed.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or make changes to your subscription, you must do so at least 72 hours before your next renewal date.
This allows our system to halt fulfillment before your next order is automatically processed.

Once a renewal order has entered processing or stock has been allocated to your subscription:

  • Cancellations will not be accepted.

  • Refunds will not be issued, as your order will already be in the fulfillment queue.

  • This policy ensures fair inventory management and timely delivery for all customers.

How to Cancel

You can manage, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal.
Alternatively, you can email our support team at info@patcheez.store with the subject line “Subscription Cancellation” — including your full name, order number, and email address used at checkout.

Please note: Requests sent less than 72 hours before renewal may not be processed in time and will result in the order being fulfilled as scheduled.
