Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
Patcheez™ patches are single-use, skin-applied wellness items, and for hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept standard returns or exchanges — even if unopened.
This policy ensures every customer receives only fresh, uncompromised products.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand by our products and want you to experience real results.
That’s why every order is covered by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, under the following conditions:

To qualify for a refund:

  1. You must have used the patches consistently for a full 30 days from delivery.

  2. You must return the empty product packets as proof of full use.

  3. You must provide clear before-and-after photos showing that the product did not produce visible or measurable results.

  4. Your refund request must be submitted within 2 days after the 30-day period ends.

If all conditions are met, you will receive a full refund (excluding shipping protection or express fees) to your original payment method.

Requests that do not include the required evidence or fall outside the timeframe will not be eligible.
Refund decisions are made at the discretion of Patcheez™ support based on provided documentation.

Refund Eligibility (Non-Guarantee Cases)

Refunds are also issued if:

  • You received the wrong item, or

  • Your item arrived damaged or defective (photo evidence required within 48 hours of delivery).

To report an issue, email info@patcheez.store with your order number, photos, and a brief description.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before fulfillment begins at our warehouse.
Once accepted or shipped, cancellations are no longer guaranteed.
If you need to cancel, email info@patcheez.store immediately with the subject line “Order Cancellation.”

  • We ship worldwide and all orders include tracking.

  • Customers are responsible for entering the correct address at checkout.

  • Patcheez™ is not liable for delays caused by customs, local couriers, or incorrect address details.
